The junior and senior classes in our school had a very special visit from Ballihassig's very own RTE Broadcaster, Jacqui Hurley, on Friday last. Jacqui spoke to the classes about growing up in Ballinhassig and Oz, her sports interests and career, her two book 'Girls Play Too', and her dream of presenting the Sunday Game which is now her reality. The children had prepared colourful banners and brilliant questions for Jacqui. A very inspirational morning for our pupils. Go raibh míle maith agat Jacqui agus go n-eirí an t-ádh leat!!
