As part of the Garda Schools Programme local Gardaí visit schools to talk to children and young people about safe and respectful communication online. We recently had a visit from our local Gardaí who spoke to the 5th and 6th class pupils and reminded the pupils of the importance of being cautious online, protecting their personal information and accessing age-appropriate content. The presentation served as a timely reminder for pupils to be vigilant and responsible digital citizens in today's technology driven world.
