A huge thank you to IWish and WiSTEM for planning a highly informative and interactive campus day programme in UCC for Sixth Class this week. IWish is an initiative that encourages teenage girls to pursue careers in STEM. Activities on the day included a tour of the UCC campus, Science Experiments in the Eureka Lab, presentations from current UCC students studying STEM courses, and a Panel Talk where Lucy in Sixth Class spoke about her experiences with STEM and the BTYSE day the class took part in. A very inspiring and informative day for Sixth Class!
