On May 10 the pupils from Junior, Senior Infants and First class attended a performance of The Greedy Zebra  by Pupils of the Early Childhood Education course in CIT.It was a most enjoyable interactive performance which soon had the children singing and joining in the fun as the Greedy Zebra left it too late to get a decent coat and so had to make do with black stripes.
After the performance the children had the opportunity to meet the characters and try on the costumes, specially created by the students. We were also invited to view impressive artwork, created by the students which were based on the animals in the play.

Many thanks to the students at CIT and their tutors for facilitating us. A special thank you to Mary Cooney who organised our participation in the event.
