In the build up to Christmas we were all very busy making lots of Christmas Art, learning about Christmas traditions and singing Christmas Carols.
Here is a selection of some of art work from all of the classes in the school.

We also put up lots of decorations around the school to help get in the Christmas spirit. These included a Jesse Tree, an Advent Wreath and some Christmas trees.

Here is some of the work we did on Christmas Traditions.

We had a Carol Concert in the Church to help celebrate the Nativity Story. We narrated and sang the story of the First Christmas.

Many thanks to Ms. Tyers and Chris Mamo who
played beautiful music to accompany the singing.

We participated in Operation Christmas Child again this year. Thanks to everybody who contibuted shoebox presents. These were distributed to needy children throughout Africa and Eastern Europe. This is fantastic way to spread Christmas cheer throughout the world, and I'm sure it brought smiles to many children's faces.
On the last day of school Santa came to visit us. He went to all of the classrooms and gave out presents to all of the boys and girls.
