We are very lucky to have such charitable students and parents in Goggins Hill NS. Last week we had to very successful charity activities. The first was an Easter Egg drive in aid of Greater Chernobyl Cause. We collected over 120 eggs which were sold at the Easter Fair.
Well done and thank you to everybody who donated Easter Eggs.

We also had a Yellow themed no uniform day on Daffodil Day , in association with MSD Brinny, to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society. The students all made a great effort to dress up and the 'Best Dressed' in each class got a prize, as well as the random winners of the ever-popular lollipop draw. Last year, local schools raised over €7,000, so once again tahnks to all those who donated to such a worthy cause.
